IS THERE A MAC VERSION?

I'm sorry but there isn't a MAC version. Royal Flush Poker Timer runs only on Windows.

I REGISTERED BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY LICENSE KEY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First of all, make sure that you check your Spam email folder. Your email system may have incorrectly identified the email containing the license key as spam.
Although delivery usually occurs within 12 hours, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
If you have not received your license key within 72 hours, you should email support@royalflushpokertimer.com

IF I WANT TO RUN THE SOFTWARE ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER, DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE LICENSES?

Yes you have to purchase multiple licences if you want to run the software on more than one computer.
License keys may not be shared.
If you are running multiple tournaments simultaneously, multiple licenses must be used.

DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO RUN ROYAL FLUSH POKER TIMER?

You only need internet to install and activate the software, or if you want to download an update.
While running Royal Flush Poker Timer you don't need an internet connection.

IF I BUY A LICENSE KEY, WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPGRADES?

Purchasing a license key entitles the buyer to the current version of the software and any future versions.
The author reserves the right to change the software version at any time for any reason.

Occasionally this should not be a problem. But if you do see an error or the update fails. Please turn off your firewall and proxy servers and try again.

WHILE RUNNING THE SOFTWARE I FOUND A BUG OR AN ERROR OCCURED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you find a bug or an error occured, please contact me a.s.a.p. on problems@royalflushpokertimer.com.
I will fix the error a.s.a.p. and launch a new updated version of Royal Flush Poker Timer which you can download for free.
